Health and Wellness Classes

Our classes focus on prevention for our members and with our wide variety of classes, seniors will be able to meet their individual needs.

Classes include:

  • Tai chi where members can work on balance and core strengthening while getting an aerobic workout
  • Chair yoga focuses on flexibility and stretching
  • Seniorobics classes that help with conditioning and strength training
  • Zumba dance classes allow seniors to get a great aerobic workout while learning new dance steps and having fun
  • Exercise with the Y – focus on building strength and increasing flexibility/range of movement
  • Walking club
  • Nutritional lectures and one-on-one and group nutritional counseling
  • Traditional and holistic health seminars
